Crab Meat

Ingredients:
1 lbs
Crab Meat or Imitation Crab Meat
1 Cucumber lengthwise and thinly sliced without the middle part
1/2 Cauliflower
8 oz. Frozen Peas
1 Lemon
2 oz. Dijon Mustard
6 oz. Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dill Weed
Preparation:
Cut cauliflower into small flowers, thaw the peas and dry them with a paper towel. Dice the crab meat and dry them with a paper towel and mix with all the vegetables. In a small bowl mix the mustard, Mayo and the dill. Grade the lemon into the mix, and then add the dressing mix well. Cover and chill for 4 hours before serving.
