Crab Meat or Imitation Crab Meat | ||
| 1 | Cucumber lengthwise and thinly sliced without the middle part | ||
| 1/2 | Cauliflower | ||
| 8 oz. | Frozen Peas | ||
| 1 | Lemon | ||
| 2 oz. | Dijon Mustard | ||
| 6 oz. | Mayonnaise | ||
| 1 tsp | Dill Weed | ||
| Preparation: Cut cauliflower into small flowers, thaw the peas and dry them with a paper towel. Dice the crab meat and dry them with a paper towel and mix with all the vegetables. In a small bowl mix the mustard, Mayo and the dill. Grade the lemon into the mix, and then add the dressing mix well. Cover and chill for 4 hours before serving. |
