French Onion Soup

Ingredients:
4-5
sliced white or yellow onions (medium size)
3 extra large chicken bouillon
4 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
6 oz. real butter melted
6-8 oz. flour
1.5 tbs maggi seasoning*
slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese
cups of croutons
Preparation:
In a soup pot add the onions, garlic and the chicken bouillon and cook with cover lid on for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Do not stir while the onions are cooking, after 15 minutes check to see if the onions are soft. Add water to cover the onions about 6 cups cook til boils. While it cooking you can make the rue, mix well the butter and the flour in a small bowl. When the soup boils strain some of the liquid into a big bowl and start mixing the rue with the liquid, make sure there are no lumps so mix really well. Now add it to the soup slowly and mix while you are adding. Bring back to boil and turn off. Add the maggi seasoning and mix well.
To serve add croutons and a slice of cheese and bake for about 5-7 minutes till the cheese get brown garnish with chopped parsley.
