Kefta

Ingredients:
1 lb
ground lamb
1/3 chopped white onions
1/2 cup chopped parsley
gloves chopped garlic
big sliced potato about 1/8 inch thick
sliced tomato about 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
The onions, parsley, and garlic have to be chopped real fine. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and mix well, you can add salt & black pepper. In a square baking pan spread the meat about 1/2 inch thick all the way around. Add the potatoes and tomatoes. Cook in the oven at 350 for about an hour.
Serve with hot pita bread and Cucumber Yogurt Salad.
